Fairdeal Properties is expanding its footprint on Kenya’s North Coast with the launch of a new housing project in Bamburi, adding fresh options for buyers seeking affordable homes. The Bamburi Greenview Apartments mark a strategic shift for the company as it strengthens its focus on the growing lower and middle-income segments.
The family-owned firm isn’t new to this space. Since 2010, Fairdeal Properties has consistently delivered off-plan housing projects—an area where many real estate firms struggle. They attribute their success to reliability, a strong track record, and flexible purchase structures.
According to Property Director Mr. Ezzl, off-plan buying remains one of the most cost-effective ways to enter the real estate market.
“It is cheaper; a payment plan is more flexible, and it gives buyers the leeway to change some aspects of the property to their preferences,” he said.
Trust has been a major hurdle for many investors in Kenya’s real estate sector. Ezzl emphasized that the company’s reputation—built over 15 years—has allowed it to stand out. He notes that all their developments are completed on schedule and within budget, a commitment that has fueled their growth in both Mombasa and Nairobi.
Currently, Fairdeal has eight off-plan apartment projects: three in Nairobi and five in Mombasa. The latest, Bamburi Greenview Apartments, is nearing completion. It offers buyers a range of options, including:

Beyond Bamburi Greenview, the firm is also rolling out Serena Park, a new development set to rise opposite Bamburi School. This project will also cater to the North Coast market and feature essential amenities such as secure parking, power backup, and round-the-clock security.
Demand for their projects continues to climb, and the company says it has adapted to market realities.
“We started on the higher end, but the market has changed. We are now focusing on affordability without compromising quality,” Ezzl said.
With a growing portfolio and continued emphasis on transparent, flexible housing solutions, Fairdeal Properties is positioning itself as one of the key players driving accessible homeownership along Kenya’s coastline.
