Fairdeal’s completed projects with commercial space include Epic Business Park (Nyali, Mombasa), a 12-storey commercial building; Eastview Business Park (Eastern Bypass, Nairobi), a range of warehouses; Azalea Heights (General Mathenge Drive, Nairobi), whose ground and mezzanine floors are for commercial use; and Parkview Heights (Mombasa Road, Nairobi), which combines apartments with commercial office space.
