Our Journey / Company History
Founded in 2008, Fairdeal Properties started with a simple purpose: making high-quality living & working spaces accessible to more Kenyans. Over the years, we've expanded from early residential projects into landmark high-rises, logistic & warehousing spaces, commercial parks, and beachfront developments.
Key milestones include
- 2019: Launched Sandy Shores Apartments in Kikambala – 200 waterfront units.
- Early 2020s: Recognition via international property awards for excellence in design and luxury.
- 2024–2025: Started the Bamburi Green View affordable housing project.
